I stumbled upon your post, the right place at the right moment! I'm about to evaluate the BPMN tool (http://tinycc.me/sLxBi7) Cameo Modeler and I wonder if BPMN processes designed with Visio 2013 can be imported into Cameo. Model interchange between tool is a key point to make a decision, as well as the adherence to BPMN2 standard.

Thanks

Dear Laurent,

Thank you for your interest. We do not have direct import from Visio, but maybe this will be interesting for you - http://www.cameobusinessanalyst.com/.

You can start from free Cameo Business Analyst edition. It has a lot including BPMN 2.0 support. Also models done with it well integrates with software (UML), systems (SysML), and enterprise architecture models.

could you update the status of NoMagic about BPMN Model Interchange Working Group[1] ?

NoMagic don't appear in the Current Test Results[2].

Hi there,

I would like to bring up this topic once again. I am also interested in the possibility to import bpmn files which have been exported from Camunda, and vice versa. Furthermore I noticed, that the issue with the missing pool symbol (and description) is not yet fixed. Any news on one of these things?

Thanks and best regards,
Klaus
