Key is invalid! (Error code: -513)

Trying to install Cameo Enterprise Architect 18.5 demo on Win10 x86. Received key via email. Placed key in local Cameo bin folder. Continue to get error. Also ensured running Java 8 Update 171. Updated location in config file as instructed. Continue to get error.
Please help!

Hello,

This is often caused by using a key for the wrong product or version. You can easily identify what product and version the key is for by looking at the name of the license file that was sent to you. It should say "Cameo Enterprise Architect" and the version number "18_5" for this particular installation. If it does say that, and you are still getting the invalid license error, please upload the license so we can take a look.

Unable to successfully transfer attached email license key to system with Cameo installed. I had to forward the email to an external email account and open from host system (not on main network).

for those of you using a lab system, take note!
