License Transfer at Company Change

Dear all,

I already contacted my sales advisor, but I did not receive a reply, so maybe someone here knows an answer.

A part of my company is "sold" to another one. Since the part that is transferred to the other company has several MagicDraw and TeamServer licenses, these should be transferred too. My question is, how this is done, if there are any legal processes to be taken with NoMagic etc. I think the technical process is kind of straight forward, however contact information and account information have to be transferred too?
