Hi

Is it possible to access the model by using the open API from an ejb
container, e.g. from an session bean?

Kind regards
JB

Hi,

Unfortunately I am not an EJB expert, but I think it is hardly possible.
As I can see MagicDraw application breaks EJB restrictions
(http://java.sun.com/blueprints/qanda/ejb_tier/restrictions.html). E.g:
- use the java.lang.reflect Java Reflection API to access information
unavailable by way of the security rules of the Java runtime environment
- read or write nonfinal static fields
- use the java.awt package to create a user interface
- create or modify class loaders and security managers
- redirect input, output, and error streams
- create or manage threads
- stop the Java virtual machine
- create, modify, or delete files in the filesystem
and maybe more.
