Plugin Creation - Losing Stereotypes for Diagrams

We currently are struggling while creating a Plug-in for our methodology. We have created a profile with stereotypes and we created customised diagrams. We want to provide users the profil and the diagrams via an Plug-In.
When Creating the Plug-In we define which of our Stereotypes shall be used on which customised diagram. But after the Plug-In is created and we install the plug-in on a different magicdraw instance the customised diagrams lose the connection to the defined stereotypes. They are created as a blank class object when selecting it from the customised toolbox.
While checking we noticed that the stereotype is no longer defined in the customised diagram, but it was set before creating the plug-in. Do you have any idea how to solve this?
