No Magic Community Forum To Become CATIA MBSE Cyber Systems

Magicdraw crashed when it was opening up one of my models. since then I can open all my models except for the one that it was opening when it crashed. I get the following error: com.nomagic.magicdraw.esi.session.a: offline state producing failed for resource b358a1f4-f195-4c30-aac4-cadd3e756f60.

I need to get into this model. I am trying to open it from the server, so I dont know why it is looking off-line.

All FAQ has no info for 19.0.

I am also having this issue. Please help.

We ran into the same issue.

First we identify that the mentioned id is referring to the project itself, which MagicDraw tries to open.

We were able to solve this issue by removing the localcache. (We first renamed the folder to be sure that nothing gets lost and removed the renamed folder afterwards)

The path for the localcache is <pathOfConfigurationFiles>/restricted/localcache
<pathOfConfigurationFiles> can be navigated to in MagicDraw via Help>About MagicDraw, select Environment tab in dialog, click on path of "Configuration Files".
