DODAF 2.0 - OV-2 vs SV-2

What is the difference between OV-2 Resource Flow and SV-2 Resource Flow diagrams? Wouldn't they show the similar information except with systems instead of Operational Performers? What is the hard distinction between a System and Operational Performer? Are they mutually exclusive?

It all depends on where your organization draws the lines in their architecture style guides.
Sometimes entirely different organizations develop the operational viewpoint and systems viewpoint for a given architecture description, so it can be a very clear dividing line (as well as a source of heated argument).
But without guidelines in place they represent much the same thing from different viewpoints: performers and their exchanges.
If adding a system or platform to your OV-2 communicates things better, then there's no prohibition from doing so.
