No Magic Community Forum To Become CATIA MBSE Cyber Systems

Started having this problem with Cameo Systems Modeler recently where the screen "duplicates" itself every time I move over a menu or icon. Has anyone seen this issue before? I can't seem to describe it in a way which generates any useful search results. (using Cameo Systems Modeler 19.0 SP4)

I think the problem comes from your device itself, maybe it's some kind of virus
