SVG stereotype icons

Icons defined as bitmaps scale very poorly. It would be nice to use
icons defined in SVG format
so that they would scale properly, just like the rest of the diagrams
do. -- Nicolas.

Nicolas,

MagicDraw UML 4.5 will include this feature.
This version will be relased in June.
